（中央社記者朱則瑋台北6日電）復興航空運輸股份有限公司勞資第5次協商今天在台北市政府舉行，興航工會退讓，接受前次協商主席提案，含給予工會會員補償1.5月薪資及新台幣10萬元行政費用，呼籲資方接受。
興航去年11月22日無預警解散，近1800名員工頓時失業，北市府召開多次強制協商，但興航工會與資方未達共識。
工會上午舉行記者會表示，同意上次協商主席提案，也希望資方拿出誠意，善待勞工。
興航工會表示，昨天興航董事長林明昇發出註明「親愛的夥伴」信件給所有員工，假如不同意他的方案，就不會發給任何東西；依法應給予費用，林明昇都能用作威嚇手段，令工會寒心。
工會說，這段期間資方態度一直不友善，林明昇躲在背後始終不出面。
工會表示，工會決定退讓，同意去年12月29日協商會議中北市府主席提出方案，包括給予工會會員補償1.5月薪資及10萬元行政費用，讓勞資雙方可達共識，解決紛爭。1060106
